In his previous roles, Rabbi was instrumental in setting up and managing offshore test operations for high-volume manufacturing as the General Manager at ISE Labs (Hong Kong) Ltd. As the VP of Engineering & Business Development at ISE Labs in Fremont, he provided valuable insights into cost-effective test solutions, building strong relationships with semiconductor companies in Silicon Valley and worldwide. His leadership has consistently steered companies to profitability, solidifying his reputation as a results-driven leader.
Most recently, Rabbi’s venture in Shanghai has grown into a prominent testing services facility, supporting companies in the China Semiconductor industry. He began his career after earning a Master of Engineering from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications, leveraging his extensive industry experience to drive innovation in the semiconductor sector. Zef Malik is a highly accomplished semiconductor industry veteran with over 40 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and excellence in IC manufacturing, device characterization, test, and product qualification. He founded two pioneering companies, ISE/IQL Labs and Silicon Turnkey Solutions (STS), which became a nation’s premier test lab and a direct supplier to the Department of Defense (DOD) for over two decades. As a respected leader with extensive expertise in FPGAs, ASIC, RF technology, and OSAT companies, Zef has served the military, deep space, and high-reliability markets. He has held significant leadership roles at successful startups and exits in the OSAT domain, including CEO of STS, COO at Alpha Tec USA, and Corporate Director at LSI Logic Corporation. Zef’s achievements include establishing STS as the top engineering and IC test lab in the USA, delivering critical Deep Space ASICs for the DOD, and developing specialty modules and packages for high reliability and deep space applications. Currently, he serves as Vice President at Spirit Electronics, supporting the development and deployment of ASICs, AASPs, and custom products for commercial applications, and leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and growth.

Saeed serves as the Chairman of iTest, Inc., bringing over four decades of experience in the technology and semiconductor industries.
Saeed’s career began with founding ISE Labs in 1983, where he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board, growing the company to $80 million in annual sales with operations in San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, Hong Kong, and Singapore. From 2001 to 2014, he was a Founding Member and Chairman of the Board at Silicon Turnkey Solutions, where he also architected the ERP infrastructure. Additionally, Saeed was the President of Semilabs Inc. from 2001 to 2006, developing key software tools for the semiconductor industry. His academic background includes graduate work in Computer Science and an M.A. in Political Science from San Jose State University, as well as an M.S. in Solid State Physics from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. Beyond his professional achievements, Saeed is a passionate writer, having authored an inter-faith book titled “A Perspective on the Signs of Al Quran: Through the Prism of the Heart.

Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in RF and mixed signal test programs, burn-in driver systems, and software programs. Skilled in managing overseas engineering teams and developing test methodologies for various industries, including aerospace and semiconductor.
Previously worked at Intel Corporation as a Product/Test Engineer and wafer fab Yield Engineer, and held leadership roles at Chips and Technologies, Seeq Technology, and Open-Silicon Inc. Successfully developed and implemented various test programs and software solutions, and holds a patent for in-system logic BIST solution.
As an independent consultant, Eric has continued to support and engage with a diverse range of customers, from startups to established players, in the semiconductor industry.
